Hadleigh Community Summer Fayre in John Burrows park Hadleigh Essex on Sunday 1st September.
from 11am until 5pm at John H Burrows Park, Hadleigh, SS7 2NQ.
Once again, the Hadleigh Community Group (HCG) is running this event and being assisted by over 20 local community organisations, including Rotary club of Hadleigh Castle and Lions International. Our principle goals are to improve community relations, raise awareness of local groups and raise funds for the HCG to distribute back into the local economy
by improving the appearance of our town.Last year’s Fayre helped fund the extra 14 sets of Christmas Lights, making a total of 26 sets of lights across town, which now matches the 26 sets of Flower Baskets. This year we hope to install two defibrillators in the town centre.
£250 Lakeside shopping voucher to be won
So come and join us. Entrance is by an optional £1 donation where you will receive a programme of the events on the day and a raffle ticket for the single one-off prize of a £250 Lakeside shopping voucher,
donated by AMOS estates, Hadleigh.

So What's on at the Fayre
- If the weather holds out for us and we have another glorious day for our second Fayre we have arranged TWO beer tents and there will be a Prosecco stall and back by popular demand the Gin Cocktail wagon.
- The staff from Morrisons Hadleigh who will be running a Fun Dog Show in the arena area, which will also include demonstrations from a local dance company and numerous other local organisations.
- Essex Reptile encounters based in Rayleigh will be joining us, Pony cycles and Safari Tots for the little ones whilst the plate smashing stall a coconut shy, bumper cars and a climbing wall for the older children.
- These along with numerous community stalls look to make this a great day out for the entire family.
